Seems to me that you should have the MySQL Database Server status with start/stop buttons in the Service Status area of the Virtualmin front page.

The database server is on par with Apache, DNS, and Mail server statuses as far as I am concerned.

I also wouldn't mind a "Reboot System" button on this page somewhere (as long as clicking it resulted in a page that asked to make sure you really wanted to do this).

And, while I'm at it, I would like to see the uptime for the system shown in the System Information somewhere.
