I brought up the question before but it should go here. Currently, the owner of a reseller account has to manually build virtual servers so automated billing services don't work.

We need the API to allow resellers to auto build virtual servers subject to the reseller's permissions.

Just pinging this thread so other folks who might be interested will know that we discussed it in a customer issue and reseller support in the remote API is in development. So, we agree with you that this would be a great improvement, and it will come in the next couple of revisions of the Virtualmin virtual-server module.
