domain & user quotas 2008/09/02 23:49
Hi, All
Recently I had problems with domain and quotas, where one of the users quota was full (100Mb). It is interesting that even when he deleted all emails and spam (everything) the value dropped for only 5 Mbytes!!! So I had increase Domain disk quota in general, to prevent 'running low'.
P.S. user does not have access to FTP, only emails.
Any idea where is a problem!

there are two quota's for a domain.
total server quota and server administrators quota.

you want to look at the servers administrators quota in the "edit virtual server - Quotas and limits" to make sure that this part has 100 mb as well.

Although not mentioned i saw the same thing when deleting spam. I hope someone has an answer.
Why is this forum posting my e-mail address??
