I ordered my first virtualmin PRO license over 5 days ago through PayPal but haven't received it as of yet. I sent emails to both sales@virtualmin and joe's swelltech address listed in the PayPal receipt but nothing back so far unless this is the usual time it takes to get a license issued.

So I'm posting here to see if I can reach someone at virtualmin.

Apologies for the slow reply. I must have missed the order when it came in. I'm digging it up now and will get it processed right away. I'll contact you via email shortly. (And I only read joe@swelltech.com about once a month...I need to update the PayPal account!)

I appreciate that Joe, thanks...just under a little deadline and even a few days can seem like an eternity.
