Failed to find mount point for /home 2005/10/16 06:01
Dear Staff,

I'm trying to install VirtualMin Free but I get this error:

Failed to find mount point for /home

I'm using a VPS on Virtuozzo and Fedora Core 2.

I set "Network interface for virtual addresses" to "venet0"; is this correct, please?

Thanks,
Frank

Hi Frank

I have the same problem, but no solution. I am also running VPS (through midPhase.com)

I have found 2 references to the problem:

Apparently no solution? I will keep my eyes open.

Simon

The solution is to disable disk quotas. I can't think of any other problems you'd have in that environment.

As for network interfaces, what do you get when you do an "ifconfig"? If you see a venet0 interface, then yes, that is correct.
