Did see a similar problem with another user (similar..) but I can't resolve it.
I have a "rejection notice" via my Browser for the first time ever regarding Security Cert. (FFox simply won't proceed, I.E. will access only by "special arrangement").

Https://fablor.net:20000 will access (but with a password complaint re mail - same password doesn't work inside)

https://fablor.net:10000 will not be found.

The Site is available by Browser. (When the Oz Network is up occasionally %^&*(&%$#@ ! )

I did recently replace the OS with CentOS and reinstall Web/Vmin, but it was working.... temporarily.
