Ok, I found a solution. I just added myorigin = localhost into the main.cf and now all e-mails are being delivered & relayed perfectly. It shouldn't work, but it does! ;)

That means your system doesn't have a working fully qualified domain name. I'd recommend fixing that (other services rely on it).

Yep, Joe was right by just commenting out myorigin and making sure hostname -f returns an FQDN host. All e-mails are getting delivered correctly to virtual domain users.
