Hi, good job on releasing "usermin for webmail", looks great! My current setup is virtualmin+qmail+vpopmail+dovecot. How do I integrate "usermin for webmail" with those services?

Just do it. ;-)
I believe it defaults to connecting up via IMAP, so you don't have to do anything special for any particular MTA/MDA stack. You might need to do a bit of tweaking to how auto-responders and such are handled if you don't use procmail, but I don't think it's anything dramatic.
Try it, and lets us know what doesn't work. We'll try to help.

Hi and thanks for your reply. Unfortunatelly I dont know a thing about Perl, and what I've been diggin in /etc/usermin didnt really help. What I can say is the application doesnt default to connecting to the IMAP server (been trying to login with a valid user and password and tailed dovecot.log - nothing showed up). I am at a loss here. Any help would be greately appreciated.

Oh, right. Usermin wants real system users. I forgot about that one...
Is there a PAM module for vpopmail? That'd allow Usermin to authenticate to it.
I'm not at all familiar with vpopmail, I'm afraid...I'll ask Jamie to chime in here with suggestions, if he has any.

Unfortunately, Usermin (for webmail or regular) isn't going to work well with vpopmail. It only accepts logins by regular Unix users, as it needs to write to their home directories to store config files. Vpopmail doesn't create Unix users..
I would recommend a pure IMAP webmail client like Squirrelmail instead.

Thank you for your answers. I guess my next virtualmin install will use postfix, "usermin for webmail" rocks!
