Virtual server owners should only see their own processes...which is less than they could do with a script running under suexec or in a ssh login.

But, it's easy to disable any module for virtual server owners. In the Module Configuration, look in the "Extra modules available to server administrators" section, and set "Running Processes (user's processes only)" to no.

This is the same process you'd use for any of the additional Webmin modules.
