Is there an addon for ip deny manager like in cpanel?

The administrator has disabled public write access.

Howdy, I'm not familiar with the cPanel version, how does that work, and what does it deny the IP from doing? I'm not familiar with an "IP Deny Manager" as such, but perhaps there's another way to accomplish the same task. -Eric

I have created a .htaccess for a particular virtual domain and included the following:
