Is this possible with virtualmin GPL? I tried enabling the virtualmin module for all users, but this seems too revealing. Is there any other way? Greetings

Yes, virtual server owners can create mail and ftp accounts by default in Virtualmin GPL. Can you be more specific about what problems you are having?

I just can't find where they can do it or how to enable the option. What module is involved?

First, they need to log into Webmin (port 10000), not Usermin (port 20000). Then, they need to find the Virtualmin Virtual Servers module, which should be located under the Servers category by default. Finally, they can select the domain they own and want to manage, where they can create and edit users.
