Virtualmin - Monitor not executing commands

I have setup a monitor for custom service if I set the monitor to yes and report when down when the monitor goes donw if the service end i get an email and my command gets executed. However when the server comes back up I want another command to execute this doesnt seem to work in any mode even report on status changes. Any ideas? Im running ubuntu 8.04 with virtualmin gpl
