I have a problem with virtualmin GPL. the first couple of email accounts added work fine then for no reason the next ones create as aliases instead of proper email accounts. This to over come this I have to delete the home directory and the alias then try again. some times is works some times it does not?

I've never heard of this problem. Are you using the latest version (2.610)? If so, it sounds kinda like a bug, and it'd be worth filing one in the bug-tracker to get Jamie's thoughts on it.
