does virtualmin directly support mod_throttle..aka i want to be able to limit my client to a megabit or 2 or whatever i want to be able to limit them to. I i have to go directly into apache that's ok..just waned to see if virtualmin has a panel to access that..:)

We've never had a request for it, so it's not covered by Virtualmin in any way. I don't think the Apache module covers it either...so you'll probably need to drop right into httpd.conf to set it up. Virtualmin won't break it once you set it up, though. ;-)
