Bind Server 2005/09/02 08:55
When doing an initial check on virtual min I get the error:

The BIND DNS server version 8 or 9 does not appear to be installed on your system, or has not yet been set up properly in Webmin's BIND DNS Server module. If your system does not use BIND, it should be disabled in Virtualmin's module configuration page.

When I click to configure bind it takes me to a url that doesnt exist. https://servername:10000/bind/ when in fact the url is https://servername:10000/bind8/. I tried creating a symlink however it just gave me access not granted error. Bind is set up and working. I even pointed myself at the server and put in a few entries to make google.com point to an invalid IP.

I'm running Ubuntu Linux and I installed from the tar.gz from the webmin site.

Problem resolved. I somehow managed to install virtualmin 210 instead of 220.
