New installation questions (force external email address for admin and disabling ftp)

Hi.

I just finished setting up a virtualmin installation and I have two questions.

1) Is there any way to force the person who creates a new virtual server to type in an email address for the administrator for that server? Currently I have to open "Advanced options" and click on the "Other address" radio button and then type in the email address. The default seems to be to send the notification to the user who was just created which seems a little odd, isn't the purpose of the email to give this information to someone who doesn't have the access needed to check that mail yet? Anyway, if I could just get a warning before creating a new virtual server if I haven't manually typed in an email address, I'd be happy.

2) What is the correct way to secure the FTP service? I noticed that the FTP service is running on port 21 which means that the FTP communication is not secure (am I right?). I would like users to be able to use FTP clients but not without some encryption. I've never quite gotten all the FTP vs SFTP vs FTPS vs FTP over SSH explanations so I'm hoping somebody here can tell me what the common practice with virtualmin is.

Best regards, Stefan Freyr.
