Dovecot wouldn't restart via Virtualmin

New server with Webmin and Vritualmin just added. Running on Red Linux Enterprise 4 with Postfix as the MTA.

I was able to send email out but not able to receive email (from inside or outside). Had tons of errors in the /var/log/maillog and /var/log/messages files. Many of which were not found in this forum via search.

Such as: file_dotlock_open(/home/tpsorg/homes/dwoo/Maildir/dovecot-uidlist) failed: Permission denied

What I decided to do was add the pop3s and imaps protocols by changing the settings in Webmin>>Servers>>Dovecot IMAP/POP3 Server>>Networking and Protocols

As I added those, the dovecot.conf file was correctly altered to show:
protocols = pop3 imap pop3s imaps

However, it re-added two lines that I had commented out:
ssl_listen=
listen=

Both the aboves are simply blank after the "=" sign.

When I attempted to Apply the changes and restart Dovecot I received the error:
Fatal: listen(143) failed: Permission denied

I got this error when I first installed Dovecot and am only able to restart it by commenting out the above ssl_listen and listen lines.

What should go in those lines behind the equal sign?
ssl_listen=
listen=

Perhaps this is why my mail is only sending and not receiving.

you would set an IP to those directives. but you can comment them out if you have 1 ip
