What's your Theme you run? I've been looking around and recently discovered this theme: http://www.stress-free.co.nz/webmin-theme I've have been using it on a test user-account.
It doesn't appear to fully support Virtualmin side of things from what I can tell (haven't really looked) but from an end-user perspective it looks good enough so far.
