SOLVED - Password issue

I have updated the primary password for a virtual server - and this works everywhere - except with ProFTPD. The error in secure.log is: "(Login failed): Incorrect password." When I revert to the previous password, ProFTPD recognises it.

Is there somewhere else that I need to update the password for ProFTPD? Unfortunately I can't find it!

I am running 3.79.gpl GPL on CentOS Linux 5.5

UPDATE - SOLVED! Ran a yum update and it worked - not sure what fixed it, but it's fixed!
