Install Updates not working - 3rd time I have put in a support ticket.

when I try to do an update all I get is this:

Now updating clamav ..

  Installing package(s) with command yum -y install clamav ..

  Loaded plugins: fastestmirror

and then nothing ..... browser sits and waits for something and nothing happens.

I have no idea how to check my previous tickts put in weeks or months ago. (sorry)

my backup server works fine, so no idea why my production server should have a problem, I really need to do the updates I think :o)
