Debian 5 (Lenny) and "Failed to detect operating system"

Hi,

I am trying to install Virtualmin on my fresh debian install. I am getting the message: "Failed to detect operating system" I thought Debian 5 is supported?

(Installation through install.sh)

debian1:~/inst/v# ./install.sh

Doh, I hate it when that happens :-)

Well, remember that Debian Squeeze hasn't even been released yet, so you have a pre-release of some sort.

With some TLC (and lots of manual configuration), you might end up being able to make it work.

But it will be an uphill battle...

My suggestion would be to sigh loudly, format your server, and start over with Debian 5 :-)
