Redmine - Failed to extract source : Not a compressed file

After jumping through many hoops to try and get Redmine install, the latest error is below... Any advice?

Found http://rubyforge.org:80/frs/download.php/73692/redmine-1.0.5.tar.gz in cache ..

Installing Ruby Gem test-spec .. .. done Installing Ruby Gem camping .. .. done

Installing Ruby Gem fcgi .. .. done

Installing Ruby Gem memcache-client .. .. done

Installing Ruby Gem ruby-openid .. .. done

Installing Ruby Gem rack version 1.0.1 .. .. done

Installing Ruby Gem i18n version 0.4.2 .. .. done

Now installing redmine version 1.0.5 .. Failed to extract source : Not a compressed file .. failed! See the error message above for the reason why.

Hmm, that's an odd one.

Here's where I might start -- after logging into your server as root, 'cd' into "/var/webmin/cache", and delete the files in that cache directory.

It's possible that file that was cached there was somehow corrupted. By deleting it, that'll force Virtualmin to try downloading it again next time you try to install Redmine.

And then, we can see what happens at that point :-)

Good call, however now this is what I get:

That, then, looks like it may require Jamie's touch :-)

What I'd suggest doing is opening a support request, using the Support link above.

Make sure you include which Linux distribution/version you're using, as well as what Virtualmin version you have.

Then, Jamie can work with you to get that straightened out.
