Few questions on cloudmin memmory balooning and xml files

1) Where does cloudmin store XML files for the KVM VMs.

2) KVm supports memmory ballooning but I can't find resources that tell me how would I enable it in from within cloudmin or through command line. Can someone please direct me to the documentation.
