New install on hosted Cloud Server from directspace.net, I SSH in and use the link: wget -O install.sh http://software.virtualmin.com/cgi-bin/install.cgi?serial=x\&key=yY; /bin/sh install.sh
Link from download page has x and y filled in with my serial and key.

How do I fix this, I searched for this error 38, and did not find anything on it.

If your Virtualmin license is expired, you wouldn't be able to perform an installation like you're trying to do there. I know you just purchased a renewal -- once we figure out the details there (in the other forum thread), that'll work just fine for you :-)

Yes, I should have noticed that it didn't update right after the purchase, got in a hurry, after it did, it worked right as rain.
