Error - Perl execution failed

i installed cloudmin on centos 6 within kvm installed before with libvirt and everytime i click on guest domain its say Error - Perl execution failed HTTP/1.0 500 Perl execution failed Server: MiniServ/1.590 Date: Mon, 23 Jul 2012 13:38:16 GMT Content-type: text/html; Charset=iso-8859-1 Connection: close Undefined subroutine &server_manager::server_failover_possible called at /usr/libexec/webmin/server-manager/server-manager-lib-funcs.pl line 7191. and the Status: Parent host is down

Howdy,

Before we dig too deep there, just to rule out some more simple issues, could you try giving Webmin a restart... you can do that by running this command:

/etc/init.d/webmin restart

After that, do those links begin working?

nothing change after restart the problem still same

I have the same problem. I have tried a restart and there is no change. Also other threads have suggested updating the theme, but when I do it says nothing to update.
