Postfix authentication problem

Hi all,

I cannot let my users work with postfix smtp with authentication.

I've read all the docs:

  • settings on the server templates are ok for using user@domain form
  • server template has email services enable
  • account template has unlimited email account

Anyway, I can use POP3/IMAP services but not the SMTP.

It appears as the domain is truncated:

authenticating as test@prova.com the saslauthd log reports that the user authenticating is test.com…

What's wrong?

Howdy,

What output do you see if you run this command:

ps auxw | grep saslauth

I forgot to say that the saslauth has the "-r" flag.
