Creating new KVM instances with non-standard SSH port

Learning Cloudmin, lot's of experiments, unfortunately some issues are not so obvious to resolve.

For example, in order to create a system with non-standard SSH port I went to

Cloudmin Settings -> Cloudmin Configuration -> Virtual system settings

and changed SSH default port (22) to non-standard port # in "SSH server port for new systems" option.

Then tried to create a new KVM instance, however unfortunately Cloudmin always gives No SSH status. Everything is ok when created with standard port #22.

I also tried to first create an instance in usual way, logged into newly created system and changed SSH port, rebooted the system hopying Cloudmin will pick it up. Unfortunately, it again gives No SSH status and error message:

Detailed status error ssh: connect to host xx.xx.xx.xxx port 22: Connection refused

What is the correct way of creating new instances with non-standard SSH-ports? And what is the correct way to making Cloudmin see already created systems with non-standard SSH ports?

Thanks!
