Virtualmin Email Signup Plugin

Virtualmin Email Signup plugin has a lot of bugs. You don't have to be logged into virtualmin to use it and the link to it works on all domains even though you can only use it for selected domains. I am looking for a solution to allow secure email signup for a domain that will offer free email accounts.
