Can configure server features? Yes No
If Yes is selected then the Extra Admin can configure the server features but if is No is selected the Extra Admin can’t even see what the server features are. I think a useful feature would be if No is selected the Extra Admin can see the current setting but not have any ability to edit the features.
Also in the Server Owner Limits section is the Allowed features for servers check boxes it would be useful to have a set of those check boxes so that
If the feature is allowed in the virtual server and
if Can configure server features? is set to Yes
then the root user can chose to give the Extra Admin access to
the feature that are allowed in the virtual server or not
