PHP 5.3 and higher package support

When I click try it on the PHP 5.3 and higher package support option I get a basically blank page it does show a title on the page says help - PHP Versions - In domain, however the rest of the page is empty, what is wrong?

I need at least PHP 5.3.2 for a site.
