Migrating but cannot access files from old computer

I would like to migrate everything but my gateway monitor says 'frequency out of range' and I haven't been able to see anything on that computer for ages.

I used the backup utility and saved to my browser, but the restore option keeps crashing. Is there a step by step so I can back up the virtualmin on the old computer and restore to my new server?

Backup and restore via Virtualmin would indeed be the easiest way to go here. What "crashes" do you see exactly when restoring? You need to describe that in more detail.
