How to get an alert when Virtual Server is near disk quota?

Hello all,

How do I get an alert when a virtual server is near its disk quota?

I just had a virtual server that reached its quota, and e-mails were not being delivered to that domain. I need to be warned when that is about to happen.

How do I set it up?

Thank you

Howdy,

It's a little more cumbersome to setup disk quota notifications in Virtualmin GPL than it is in Virtualmin Pro, but that is still something you can do.

To setup quota notifications in Virtualmin GPL, go into Webmin -> System -> Disk Quotas, click the filesystem you want to set them up for (such as "/ (users)"), then go into the Email notifications tab.

You'll be able to setup notifications in there.

Hello all,

I'm sorry to restart an old thread, but I guess it will be easier to understand it.

I did the steps above and the email notifications work great for User Quotas. But it is not working for Virtual Server Quotas. I just had a domain that reached the quota without any user going over the quota, and I didin't get any notification.

How can I fix this?

Thanks
