Debian Sparc Support

I'd like to suggest adding the Sparc architecture to the Debian virtualmin repo.

I can confirm that all the universe all.deb packages work well on Debian Sparc. The only 2 debs that don't work on Sparc are scponly and procmail-wrapper. scponly-sparc.deb can get gotten from a back port and procmail-wrapper I was able to create my own sparc.deb package based on source.
