domain name linked to wrong directory

My domain is linked to /var/www/ instead of /home/mydomain/public_html . The domain is also my nameserver damain. How Can fix this that mydomain.com is linked to the directory of the virtual server?

How exactly did you create that domain? I've never seen Virtualmin put a home directory into /var/www. Did the Apache virtual host already exist before you created the Virtualmin domain?

I don't know anymore. I created it 2 years ago and used the domain only for e-mail and as DNS for my other domains. That works fine.

Alright, when you turn the Apache feature off and on, it should re-create the virtual host, in the correct place. What's the domain exactly?
