restore error from s3 bucket

Get error when restoring from amazon s3 bucket to virtualmin:

ERROR 1005 (HY000) at line 1507: Can't create table 'purplezebra.field_revision_field_makemeeting' (errno: -1)
Restore failed : Failed to lock file /etc/webmin/virtual-server/domains/13693494053205 after 5 minutes. Last error was : Flock failed : Cannot allocate memory

Funny thing I re installed the Virtual server (Cent0S 6) re installed virtualmin then restore from backup and the first one (the failed one above), second then third all OK this time then come to restore 4 website and boom similar error as above. Is this something I can do without having to reinstall everything again?

Howdy,

Hmm, it looks like you're seeing memory related errors.

Are you using a VPS? If so, what kind of VPS is it? If it's OpenVZ, can you paste in the contents of your /proc/user_beancounters file?

Also, what is the output of "free -m"?

This file has no content 0 bytes. The graph on virtualmin suggests only 1/3 of real memory used.
