ask a few (Quota, templates)

first I want to apologize for my bad English.

I have a few questions relating to the template function. when i contemplative adjusting in a cgi that here we used and in another fcgid and an existing web templat of umstelle with cgi on template with fcgid this function is not taken. the "PHP configuration variables for scripts" are not taken.

furthermore consists in the possibility of global fcgid to put a memory limit?

and last but not least. I have numeric user. unfortunately does not display quota here.
