"Email is spam" filter not showing

I cant get a users spam filter to work.

In my own email account I have this filter that is non-editable, its called "Email is spam"

In other users accounts on different virtual servers, they dont have this. Even though I have enabled spam filtering for the server and the user has spam check enabled.

If I manually create a filter by choosing Email is spam and putting it in the spam folder, a GTUBE test does not work (but the GTUBE test works for me), I my guess is the manual rule I created is not working.

So does anyone why the default "Email is spam" would not be created, and how to create this without resorting to manually creating a rule?

Thanks

The raw messsage headers for my own mail account show the following BUT the user in question does NOT have this in the headers, so I guess its not being checked for spam, even though I enablked spam filtering:

X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.3.1 (2010-03-16) on
mail.myserver.co.uk
X-Spam-Level:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=0.9 required=5.0 tests=ALL_TRUSTED,BAYES_00,
HTML_COMMENT_SAVED_URL,HTML_MESSAGE,TVD_PH_BODY_ACCOUNTS_PRE,URIBL_BLOCKED,
WEIRD_PORT autolearn=no version=3.3.1

It seems some accounts have "Email is Spam" default filter and is working, and some dont

I added a test header in Spamassassin, just test = test in the main Spam Assassin config. My own email that is filtering spam added X-Spam-test: test to the header. The customers who's spam flitter s not working did not add this.

So it really does look like that some users email is bypassing spam filtering, even though I have enabled spam flittering on the domain and users.

the maillog shows entries like this for those with spam filter working spamd[26012], but there is no reference to spam at all for the users that it is not.

I even disabled spam filtering on the domain and users, and re-enabled, but still did not work.

Actually, saying all the above, there are a few spam emails in the spam folders of the accounts in question which is strange. Filters does not show the "Email is Spam" filter though, and the GTUBE test didn't work (but it did for the account showing the "Email is Spam" filter). So its a bit strange, but if its collecting spam maybe nothing to worry about?
