Using PCRE virtual_alias_maps

I have hundreds of addresses (I don't have them all listed) which take the form abc*@mydomain.com. Without using Virtualmin, I have a pcre virtual alias maps file for postfix. However, Virtualmin/Webmin only uses a hash type virtual alias maps file. Is there any way I can use pcre matching?
