EMail On Second Virtual Server Not Working

Operating system: Ubuntu Linux 14.04 Virtualmin version: 4.11.gpl GPL

Im new to linux and virtualmin, so please bear with me.

So heres my issue, I have setup virtualmin to work with my domain name, and everything is working perfectly. I can check emails going to that domain through usermin, and they get delivered just fine. I didn't have a problem until I added another virtual server. The domain seems to work fine (the actual webpage), but when I try to send an email to the newly created server, I get this message:

Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain mydomain2.ca by eforward2.registrar-servers.com. [162.213.254.219].

The error that the other server returned was: 550 no mailbox by that name is currently available

One way I can get it to work is to send email from my original created domain name using usermin, to the new email address. So its getting delivered locally, but when I try to send it from my gmail that error message (above) bounces back at me.

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Howdy,

Hmm, if you review the email logs in /var/log/mail.log, do you see the attempt you had made to send yourself an email logged in there?

If so, do you see any related errors in there?

Also, the IP address that you received in that bounce message -- is that the correct IP address for your server?

Im not sure if these errors are a result of me trying to send myself an email, but in /var/log/mail.log there were several errors that that said:

Connect from 31-151-30-137.dynamic.upc.nl[31.151.30.137]

Warning: 31-151-30-137.dynamic.upc.nl[31.151.30.137]: SASL LOGIN authentication failed: authentication failure

ntserver postfix/smtpd[28015]: disconnect from 31-151-30-137.dynamic.upc.nl[31.151.30.137]

ntserver is the system hostname.

Also, that IP address (in my original post) is not the correct IP address of my server.

I resolved my issue, it was a problem on the namecheap side. Thanks for the quick response though.
