I know Virtualmin produces an SHA-1 CSR. I've found a vendor that accepts that but provides an SHA-2 Certificate. Will Virtualmin support that certificate?

Virtualmin shouldn't care. And, you can configure Virtualmin to produce any sort of certificate and CSR you like.

Howdy,
Also, I wanted to mention that Jamie said that new Virtualmin releases will be using SHA2 by default for new SSL certificate CSR's/keys.
I'm not sure whether he means the 4.13 that just came out, or whether that's in 4.14 -- but it's in one of those two :-)
