I would like to ask you that where can I purchase one license of virtualmin professional? because I just have one by one VPS and I also have small amount of budget.

The smallest license is a Virtualmin 10 -- it's currently on sale for $99 in the shop here:

I just want to clarify that is the license for lifetime or I need to pay monthly?

Howdy,

Details regarding that are in the shop, but it's an annual license.

The initial purchase cost is $99, and there is a $45 renewal every year after that.
