Backup from Amazon S3 Not Working (Database Error)

I have incremental backups to an Amazon S3 bucket enabled for all websites on my Virtualmin server.

When I restore any site it seems to fail to maintain or reset the MySQL password for some reason though.

I am just running WordPress websites so upon the restoration being complete I see that they're displaying the database connection error. Once I navigate to Webmin > Servers > MySQL > Users > and reset the password for the user it works again.

Anyone know if this is a VM bug?
