New Webmin and Usermin packages version 1.300 and 1.230

I've just rolled in the latest releases of Webmin and Usermin. Lots of cool updates in both: Improved support for Webmin on Ubuntu (admin group users==root for Webmin, so it works without setting a root password), IPtables configuration for Debian/Ubuntu (see, we really are working hard on a comprehensive Debian/Ubuntu release of Virtualmin!), backup module improvements, XML-RPC client API support, and bunches more. Usermin gets improved IMAP support, so that subscribed folders and other cool stuff can be pulled right in from the IMAP server, and a bunch of other user-requested features. <p> Changes in Webmin since 1.290: <p> [list]

[*]Fixed security holes that allow the source of Webmin programs to be viewed, and allow cross-site-scripting attacks. (Note that this was already fixed in our repository by the 1.295 release.)
[*]XML-RPC clients can now call Webmin API functions.
[*]On systems with no root password, users with sudo access can login to Webmin as root.
[*]Improved support for latest Debian and Fedora releases, including the new IPtables config system in Debian 3.1.
[*]The file manager can now extract tar.bz2 files, store a history of entered paths, and show the total size of a directory.
[*]The Filesystem Backup module can backup and restore TAR and dump files over FTP.
[*]MySQL server variables and connections can be viewed and changes.
[*]Table data can be sorted by clicking on headers in the MySQL and PostgreSQL modules.
[*]Improved support for PostgreSQL 8, including editing tables with no OID field.
[*]Sendmail and Postfix aliases and maps can have a comment associated with each entry.
[*]Squid 2.6 is now supported.

<p> Changes in Usermin since 1.220: <p> [list]

[*]When the Read Mail module is set to use an IMAP server, all folders are taken exclusively from the server - local folder access is no longer available.
[*]Improved caching for Maildir folders in the Read Mail module.
[*]The file manager can now extract tar.bz2 files, store a history of entered paths, and show the total size of a directory.
[*]Table data can be sorted by clicking on headers in the MySQL and PostgreSQL modules.
[*]Improved support for PostgreSQL 8, including editing tables with no OID field.
