autoreply in webmin/virtualmin

I am pretty new to webmin. Here's my problem...

A customer using webmin set up an autoreply and it worked when someone sent her an e-mail. However, when she was in a list of multiple e-mail addresses, the autoreply would show up someone else instead of her e-mail address in the from: field for the autoreply message.

Any help would be appreciated.
