Huge swath of updates (you'll want to read this)

Howdy all,
I've just unleashed a whole swath of updates to the software repository...most platforms are effected. We need to wrap up several somewhat disruptive updates before calling the Early Adopter period finished (you didn't think you were getting 50% discount and a free one year extension to your license for nothing, did you?). So, take this as a warning. ;-)
So, what's being updated? Well, we've rolled out Dovecot 1.0 packages for a couple of the remaining platforms (CentOS 3, early Fedoras). This is a disruptive change, in that if your users use POP3 and keep their mail on the server, they will end up with double copies of all messages. We don't like it either, but the change is due to a bug in Outlook that makes it necessary to change the default POP3 UID format.
We've also begun adding in some other dependencies...things like perl modules that are useful to have for some of the Install Scripts (FreezeThaw and CGI::Session), and Webmin (Authen::PAM). These aren't disruptive, just good to have. You'll automatically get these with todays virtualmin-base update or the one that rolls out tomorrow (yes, two virtualmin-base updates in as many days...it's getting crazy around here).
I've updated mod_fcgid to the CVS version, on some platforms, due to some bugs in 2.1. It still seems to have some issues, based on a couple of reports from test users...but hopefully that'll get resolved soon. (It seems to be an edge case...all of my tests are working with the new version.)
So, what do you need to do about it? Well, plan for the Dovecot update. Maybe warn your users that if they want to keep mail on the server, they should switch using IMAP exclusively. That's what the protocol is for and it isn't subject to the above-mentioned problem.
I will, of course, post a new item about each of the major updates with changelogs and such, but I wanted to give some fair warning about what's happening.

OK, technically, they're not in the repository just yet. In two minutes they will be. (Oops.)
