Forums time zone change

Howdy all,

I nudged the time zone down by 14 hours, so a few messages will be out of order. No data is at risk, just the order of some conversations will be a bit quirky for the rest of the day.

Sorry for the inconvenience or any confusion. I'll be making a few more changes and updates to the forums and other aspects of the website over the next couple of days. Hopefully, nothing will be catastrophic, but don't be surprised to see changes.
