New virtual-server 3.63 and new theme versions

Howdy all,

I've rolled out Virtualmin virtual-server module version 3.63, Virtualmin Framed Theme virtual-server-theme version 6.4, and Virtualmin Mobile Theme virtual-server-mobile version 1.9.

The Virtualmin module release is primarily bugfixes and security updates for Install Scripts (in particular, Wordpress and Drupal both have security updates and should be considered very important to upgrade if you're running them).

The Virtualmin Framed Theme is a minor update to include more color and icon updates, as well as some cosmetic bugfixes.

Virtualmin Mobile Theme includes minor bugfixes, some iPhone improvements, and (once the new Webmin 1.440 rolls out tomorrow) support for Android phones (specifically, the G1 from T-Mobile).

Changes to Virtualmin since 3.62:

As always, let us know about any problems you find in the bug tracker.
