IP Changed, Cant Access Sites?

VM has been running for years without problems and I recently had to make an IP change and although I used the "Change IP" tool before, I forgot about it and not I am not sure what I changed which broke the server. The local ip of the CentOS 5x server running the current VM, is 192.168.10.2. The main shared IP for all sites is 192.168.10.254. But the routable IP which is accessible from the Internet is 111.111.111.111. (firewall forwards port 80 traffic to 192.168.10.254). But does the IP for my hosted domains need to be 111.111.111.111, or the 192.168.10.254 address?

Well, what isn't working ATM? What are the symptoms of the problem?

Ultimately, though, what you need is for your 192.168.x.x address to be in Apache's VirtualHost section, and 111.111.111.111 to be used for DNS lookups.
