Not for newbies

I recently activated a GPL version of Virtualmin (3.66) on an Amazon EC2 instance as a potential alternative to a Cobalt RaQ web appliance I had previously used. Unfortunately the product is unusable without extensive background knowledge or hours pouring through the documentation. A pity as there is a real need for an easy-to-use solution.

when I first installed linux server I had no idea what to do with that black screen I was looking at. Thanks to webmin I can now offer webhosting to the world and have become a moderate linux user. Even use linux as my main desktop computer in the meanwhile.

I dont think there is something as easy to use when starting your own server, you'll just have to know what you're doing. It's just so that an app as webmin helps to make it visible and understandable, thus manageable.

thanks to webmin, I'm no noob anymore
