I've just rolled out Webmin version 1.520 for all repos.

Changes since 1.510:

• Dutch translation updates from Gandyman, Polish from Dariusz Dabowski, and Russian from Marat Shavlukov.
• Moved the time synchronization and background status collection cron jobs into Webmin's own cron service, which uses less RAM.
• Better support for multi-value and quoted options in the DHCP Server module.
• Support for physdev rule conditions in the Linux Firewall module, and better handling of different comment types.
• Online resizing of filesystems in the LVM module, thanks to Caspa

Cloudmin version 4.7 is now available for download from our YUM and APT repositories. Existing users should see a message on the Cloudmin Information page after logging in, prompting to upgrade to the new release.

This update contains several major new features, including :

• Xen and KVM instances can now be created empty, and configured to boot from an installation CD instead of using a Cloudmin image. This allows any operating system to be installed, and makes use of HVM mode for Xen.

I've just completed the first successful installation test on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, and the resulting installation passed the configuration checks and everything seems to be working, so this OS/version has been added to the Grade A supported OS list (I've also downgraded Ubuntu 6.06 LTS to the Grade B list, as its Virtualmin userbase is so tiny that I don't have confidence it is very well-tested any more, and it also always had some annoying issues due to old versions of some software).

Anyway, because it is extremely new, I'm certain there are going to be issues.

Cloudmin 4.5 is now available for download from our YUM and APT repositories. Existing users should see a prompt to upgrade on the Cloudmin Information page after logging in.

The biggest new feature in version 4.5 is support for system cloning, which allows an existing virtual machine to be duplicated on the same host with the same password, disk contents and resource limits. The new clone will get a different hostname, IP address and description. Cloning is available to system owners as well, unlike imaging which was the only way a virtual system could be duplicated previously.
